Prices appear in USD, EUR, or RWF. Shipping fees are added at checkout. Customs, duties, and import taxes are your responsibility based on your country’s laws.

3. Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. After checkout, you’ll receive a secure link via email or SMS to complete your payment by card or mobile transfer.

KIVUHOME reserves the right to cancel or modify any order at any time due to availability, verification issues, or pricing inconsistencies. You’ll be notified promptly.

5. Indemnification

You agree to protect KIVUHOME, its partners, and employees against any legal claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from your use of the site or breach of these Terms.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All terms follow Rwandan law. Legal disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kigali in accordance with national arbitration guidelines, excluding intellectual property cases.
